Website Recommendations to Clients

I often refer certain websites to my clients for information or preparation for labor. Here is a (very) short list of some of my recommendations:

1. https://evidencebasedbirth.com/ I often refer clients to this site so that they can research for themselves what are the current recommendations for best care practices. Super helpful info for informing yourself in speaking with your care providers!
2. https://www.spinningbabies.com/ This is a great resource for daily exercises and for techniques to potentially turn a breech baby. Keep that pelvic floor relaxed!
3. https://www.lowmilksupply.org/ I personally used this site when my milk supply dropped with my second baby. Lots of tips and tricks; check out the positioning techniques!
